The apartment is literally located next to two blocks of the subway/metro entry. You can walk to the subway in 5 min. and easily reach anywhere in LA without traffic (DTLA, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Santa Monica). We are also very close to the world-famous Echo Park, a perfect place to breathe and enjoy nature quietly. All bills included. I also receive a spring water delivery service, which is included in the bill. So no need to worry about purchasing drinking water during your stay. Also, I receive monthly professional cleaning service. Washer and dryer are in the unit, and I have all the kitchen appliances you need. You are welcome to use them whenever you need.
