A room is opening up in our gorgeous Oakland apartment. The apartment is located a block up from Lake Merritt, and is a short walk to the closest BART! The apartment is available for a February 1st move in date, and has a shared bathroom but two showers - my room has a small shower/sink attached so only the bathroom section is shared! About me- Mid-twenties,working in education so I spend a heathy amount of time out of the apartment, but when I am home I enjoy having friends over, or hanging out with my very sweet German Shepard mix, Flora🐶💕 She’s very sweet, pretty low energy and loves other people and dogs! Hasn’t spent a lot of time around cats just yet. I love spending time in nature, traveling, and trying to keep as many plants alive as possible! Looking for someone laid back who wants a chill space to call home! LGBTQ friendly a must! The Apartment: Utilities split Large upstairs terrace and home office area with a smaller patio on the main floor Washer & Dryer in the building Safe street parking around the building, along with a parking lot across the street with options for daily or monthly passes.
