Hey everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Academy . Rent is $ a month. You get your own bedroom that comes fully furnished with a full size bed, a desk, dresser drawers, and a night stand. You also have your very own bathroom that you don’t share with anyone. There are three other roomates in the apartment that have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer inside of the apartment and fully upgraded appliances. The unit also comes with a tv. The complex has a fitness center, hot tub, study room, and other amenities included. Let me know if you have any other questions, I’m looking to move out asap : )
