Hello, looking for a single female roommate In her mid twenties to mid thirty’s. Ideally someone who isn’t too loud but still friendly. There are two other female roommates, . We share a bathroom and tend to keep to ourselves. We don’t have overnight guests often and keep the house generally pretty quiet. I have 3 dogs so you must like animals. The dogs are blocked from entering the main part of the home. Because we have dogs, we aren’t accepting tenants with pets. All utilities including wifi and washer/dryer access are included in rent. There is residential street parking and we never run into issues. Looking for someone to move in February 1st! Would love to show the space to serious inquirers.
