Please read carefully, I got the 2nd room rented out to a female with her 3 years old son. Including myself, we are 3 roommates in total in a 2 bedroom house. I am posting this to see if anyone is interested in sharing my room with me… so we can save even more money. That’s why I have the rent price low with utilities included. I do accept pets under certain circumstances. Please don’t look at me as a creepy man. I don’t care if you’re a man or a woman. I used to share a room with 2 other men in San Francisco.
