The apartment is a BA corner unit on the second floor of a building steps from the T (Green B line, bus), Star Market grocery store, coffee shops on Comm Ave, restaurants/shops on Brighton Ave and a short walk to BU’s campus (min to BU west campus, min to BU central/east). An ideal spot for a BU grad student! Details/Amenities: —The apartment’s living room, bathroom, and kitchen is fully furnished by the remaining roommate (a quiet female BU grad student) —Your bedroom can be furnished with a lightly-used bed/mattress, desk/chair, dresser, and area rug (if you’d like to negotiate a price with my outgoing roommate), or unfurnished —Bedroom has two closets and lots of windows/light —Apartment amenities include hardwood floors, a full kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, gas stove/oven) and paid laundry in the apartment complex —We have a great and responsive management company that’s always on top of any maintenance requests —No onsite parking but usually lots of street parking is available —No pets, please Utilities: —Hot water is included but roommates split gas (heat/stove), electric, and internet Official move-in date is , but you may be able to coordinate an earlier move-in with my outgoing roommate.
