Hello! My fiancé and I are looking for a roomate for our apartment. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom and of course access to the rest of the apartment. It is on the second level and we have a nice balcony where we grow vegetables. You would have to sign a lease at this apartment and with that comes good rental history and income ( or higher). This is a very beautifully maintained complex, good location and great price. The rent is $ plus half of the utilities and internet. Unfortunately no animals are allowed because we already have two cats. I am a flight attendant gone for days at a time, fiancé is in construction.
