Easy 8 minute walk to the Andrew station, with the red line and bus routes, and quick to Southie and the beaches. My other roommate Hayley and i are , she is a dental hygienist and i work in biotech so both of us are onsite from for work! We love to hangout after work and go out on the weekends. The building is 3 units and the other two units are also young professionals. There’s also a large back yard. The area is safe and you’re away from South Bay but it’s very accessible. $/month. Available mid March or , open to either. The room has a walk in closet, a private bathroom with two sinks and shower, my roommate has a bunch of furniture and it still feels huge. The lease could go until September - could be great to grab for someone looking for something quick to get back on the Boston lease cycle or someone who wants something secured long term.
