We also have a storage area in the basement. In unit washer/dryer. Close to lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping. Star Market is at the end of the street. Living room and common room are about to be repainted white. I’m in management and almost never home. My two roommates are in school and work in healthcare so they aren’t home often either.
