My roommate is moving out in February . I’m looking for a male or female roommate in my bath unit. The room will be available on march 1. Id like to fill the room soon. You will need to pass background check and have name on lease with leasing office. The unit is on 3rd floor and a corner unit meaning only one wall is shared with the neighbors. I’m an office admin working full time and have 2 cats at home so I can’t have any more pets in the unit. The total rent is about $/month. We would split the rent and utilities.
