I work the grave yard shift(Mon-Fri) and I also work a second job over the weekends, so with that being said, if you are a person that works the shift during the week or is in school during the day hours, there should be plenty of privacy for each roommate. There will be 3 of us at a minimum with an occasional 4th roommate. The Apt is fully Furnished (although I will require you to bring your own bedding's i.e blanket, bed sheets, pillow cases and a pillow e.t.c ... for a FULL size bed ) The rent covers all utilities which includes gas/heat, electricity, water, wireless internet, cable and trash removal. The minimum amount to move in is $. This will be your first and last month’s rent. The monthly rent is $. If you move in the middle of the month there will be an extra pro- rated amount due. If you own a car, there is plenty of FREE STREET parking in front of the building.
