bath apartment. I’m renting out one bedroom and the bathroom will mainly be yours since i’ll have my own in my room. Fine with two people moving in to share the room for each instead as well. The complex has a pool/hot tub and laundry room. Looking for someone to move in by February 1st if possible. I’m pretty laid back with rules just keep up basic cleanliness and have rent on time. i do have 2 small dogs so you must be pet friendly because they’ll be around the house. I’m and i’m a hairstylist so my work schedule differs through the week. I am a weed smoker as well so i’d like to make sure whoever moves in is comfortable with that as well but please message me for any inquires :)
