Got a Room in South Pacific Beach 5 blocks from bay - 7 blocks from the ocean Room size : twelve by eleven ft room with closet to hang clothes and for storage. Me: first of 6 kids so I can basically live with anyone. Very easy going and all my past roommates have gone on to do great things. Looking for someone who is like minded, has drive, very active, cool with cannabis, regardless I blow my smoke out the door. I rarely have guest over, like to clean the house weekly for my own 2 cents, quite and respectful. But can have a damn good time haha. Day to day: I work a days a week and train bjj twice a day most days and hang out with friends. House rules: just no hard drugs. Every now and then is okay but not a big fan. Also there’s a parking spot that we will ihave to rotate on every Tuesday. preferably someone that doesn’t lose their cool easily. Rent is month too month, so a days notice is also appreciated.
