Ten acre property in gorgeous upper Carmel Valley. We are nestled right up to the Los Padres National Forest, the backside of Big Sur. It is magical, quiet & serene out here. ✨ The house is 2 stories. Downstairs features the 2 bedrooms that would be your private space. They are furnished but if you want to convert one of the rooms to an office or studio space, we can move one of the beds to the garage. The full bathroom would be all yours except I would need to be able to use the toilet & sink occasionally while I’m downstairs, when it’s available. The kitchen, laundry, living room and wrap around deck are shared space. The upstairs is my private area with a master bedroom, bath & loft style living room/ office space.
