Hi! Looking for a roommate for a bathroom unit in Torrance (). Fairly new unit. My former roommate and I were the first tenants two years ago. All told, including rent and utilities, it will be roughly $/month. It is furnished with a couch, kitchen table, and TV. Facility has -hr gym, pool, and sun deck as free amenities. About Me: M graduated from LB State in Business Admin, working as an accountant in the construction industry. Social drinker, does not mind smokers but the unit strictly prohibits it.
