There is an in-unit washer and dryer, an extra room that can be used for extra clothes, and putting on your makeup as a glam room shared with all the roommates. A patio looks over a lovely cafe and onto the street. The security deposit is helping with the cost of furnishing the apartment, so if you love interior design and building an apartment, this is the place for you. After the lease is over are welcome to take the furniture you help buy when you leave the apartment.
