Hello, We live in a bath apartment and have a spare bedroom that we are planning to rent out from March . It is a spacious bedroom with ample sunlight, 2 full closet space and a private bathroom. Both bedrooms are master beds and are situated on opposite sides so there is plenty of privacy. We also have some spare furniture that can be used in the bedroom if needed. We have a washer and dryer in our unit. We will be sharing the common spaces (living room, kitchen and patio). There are no specific house rules apart from the basics: Pay the rent and bills on time Clean whatever you use Pick up after yourself Be mindful of the neighbors The apartment comes with 2 parking spots in a secure, gated parking space. We are renting both and can rent you a spot if you need. This complex also has a pool, a gym, a small business center with computers, printers and WiFi and a common space area for small get togethers. This apartment complex is located in the heart of Toluca Lake near Bobs Big Boy, we have great coffee shops around, restaurants, bars, grocery store, banks, etc all at a walking distance of under 5 minutes. Rent: $ - including room rent, WiFi, water and trash utilities. Electricity charges are included but might vary upon usage. Deposit is $ (Deposit will be refundable barring any damages) P.S Our lease will be renewed in April and the rent will also increase by $(approximately).
