The room is private, bathroom is shared with guests - otherwise its all yours. Access to all areas of the house - inside laundry, TV, internet, some space in garage for storage, small entry patio with chairs (you can hear the fountains in the manmade lakes from the apt). I like to cook, relax, watch TV, drink wine, and adventure in my off time. I'm a meat and veggie-a-saurus (you're golden if you know the movie reference!) Rent is $/month plus % utilities. Occasional overnight guests ok, not permanent. Serious inquiries only, please. I'm still moving in and setting up, so the pics are not what it will look like in February.
