Just moved into condo in the coveted Prestwick community. All new flooring (wood laminate and carpet). Bedroom is downstairs separated from the other 3 bedrooms (which are upstairs) so you will have more privacy. Utilities included. Community pool. Private parking spot. Smoke free (you could smoke outside though) and pet free. I’m a full time student (entering grad school in the fall) and need a reliable roommate. I prefer a female but am open to a male (more likely if he’s a student)
