This is excellent for tennis players who are training in Southern California to be on the Pro UTR Circuit, ITF Tour, or ATP Tour. This place is ideal for athletes/gym rats and others who want to reach their goals in life while fully enjoying as many moments as possible. Since I have two daughters and no sons, I have been living with females for decades. My younger daughter recently left to go to graduate school overseas, so I have a lot of space open and I decided to open it up to likeminded people. Everyone here gets along great! I want each person who lives here to have full access to the entire house (except other people's private rooms) and property. The goal is for everyone to learn from each other and create a positive environment that encourages hard work while also enjoying the experiences to the fullest. I am a scientist and I have my own company. I'm a former professor and coach. I am very active physically and lift weights daily. If you play tennis at a UTR of ten or above, please mention that. People who enjoy working out, tennis, swimming, billiards, ping pong, putting or pitching in golf, and/or Spikeball will likely be very happy here. I have an okay basketball hoop too along with some extra mountain bikes and unicycles that may be used.
