Our listing is for those who seek a more upscale home and appreciate a spacious acreage of property and can appreciate higher priced luxury living in the country on a Hobby Farm. We are a Family of three offering multiple bedrooms and tiny house guest suites with a resort style Pool in our quiet country home in Valley Center, Ca We have large home on over 2 acres. Plenty of hiking and trails nearby. Spectacular views. We have dogs and cats but offer separate guest suites by the pool with your own kitchenette too. We have one room with bath in the house too but prefer guest suites occupied first. We seek folks who want to have a quiet peaceful place to enjoy nature and you can even grow food in our gardens. We are offering a whole Homestead Share with a luxury resort pool and property. We ask that in lieu of your share of high California utility rates each person helps with various homestead community projects around the property or help with our pets if we are away. Sorry we cannot accept pets as we have our limit. We want those who join us to treat this as your own home too. Additionally if you are super handy and can help with painting and other home repairs we would be happy to take a chunk off your rent for hours worked on various needs.
