Gotta type numbers somehow. Looking for a roommate to fill the spare bedroom of my tw o bed o ne bath e ight hundred thirty-fi ve square foot apartment in downtown South San Francisco. Located a couple blocks away from Grand ave, the apartment is within walking distance of a ton of different restaurants and shops, and is about a fifteen minute drive from any essential stores, as well as SF. As far as amenities go, the apartment comes with on-s ite parking, in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, heating, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and built-in closet organizers in the bedrooms. The place has just been completely renovated, so everything in the apartment is basically brand new, down to the windows and floors. Water and trash are included in the rent, so the only utilities we'd be are gas, electric, and internet (half a gig per second through AT&T). Regarding move-in expenses, I'd just be asking for half the security deposit and then your half of the first month's rent (prorated based on your move-in date). The landlord would run a background check and you'd be added to the lease. A little about me: Twenty ei ght year old young professional working in biotech. I'm a relatively outdoorsy person (i.e. I like to hike, rock climb, ski, etc.), love houseplants, enjoy video games when I have time, and love to cook. I'm into some nerd stuff but it's not that serious. I'm an east coast transplant from NJ, so not only am I new to the bay area, but I won't be throwing a ton of parties with a bunch of people bc I don't know anyone. I work in-person, so I won't be there to bother you all day if you wfh. I'm looking for someone who's relatively clean, has stable income, lgbt-friendly, cool with normal drugs (weed) and...idk, just don't be weird. I’d prefer to be friends with the person I end up living with but it's not a requirement. I’m still in the process of moving in to the apartment so I’ll update the listing photos as I go.
