Two spacious bedrooms in a newly remodeled townhome in the heart of Costa Mesa. The large room has brand new carpeting newly Finished/painted walls and two closets. The room does share a bathroom with the suite across the way (male). The townhome itself went through a total interior remodel (finished last month) boasting a brand new kitchen floors and upgrades throughout. Current roommates: My dog Stogie, self and occasionally my girlfriend from time to time. Stogie is a small hypoallergenic terrier that would mostly stay with me. I would love to find two individuals who are also kind, good communicators, team players, respectful, outgoing, and are just generally a good people. I myself enjoy going out, entertaining, and live fairly active lifestyles (Hockey, Golf, and Fishing). No other pets except fish and reptiles. Deposit required.
