We live in an ultra-quiet subdivision called "Coronado" in the Riverwalk area of the La Sierra Hills area of Riverside. We live directly across from La Sierra University. Our community is reflects the world, literally, we have East Indians, Fijians, Hispanics (my wife and daughter are Mexican), we have Caucasians, Black Americans, Middle Easterners, Greeks, and so many others. We have a lot of folk who love to workout in our community, like me! We have two community pools, we live next to restaurants, grocery stores, banks, gas stations, malls, theatres, Star Bucks, workout gyms, etc. We have one open room that is furnished. We are a very nice family of me, my wife Karina (fluent in Spanish, accountant at Monster), our year old daughter is off at college in Alabama. The room is private, the bathroom is shared with our year old Japanese female collegian, Miyu. She is very nice and super clean and quiet. We only rent to females at this time. We are a Christian family that loves to have fun, respect our renters privacy. We have three small dogs that live outside only. We live near bus stops and we do not allow alcohol, drugs, weed, loud music, or pork/ham in our home. We love to have fun and we treat our renters like family. We would love to have you!
