Hello. I’m offering a room in a brand new housing development in new Natomas. The bathroom is still fairly new(2 years old) and only shared with one other person. We’re located within minutes from downtown Sacramento off of the 5 and another min from the Sacramento airport also off of the 5. There are hundreds of stores and restaurants including Chipotle, target, Walmart, home depot and a movie theatre just to name a few. Currently it’s just me, my fiancé, his aunt and another person renting a room so you’d be the 5th and last person in the house. Absolutely no pets or couples and must have a stable job and be clean.
