My roommate has to relocate for work and I'm looking to fill his room. The apartment is in the Orion Apartments floorplan C-1 The room includes private bathroom, closet, and enough space for a queen bed & small desk. The unit includes in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a gas stove, and large windows. The building is located in Brooklyn Basin on the bay south of lake Merrit. Brooklyn Basin is a newly built area separated from Oakland that includes a park on the water, rollerblading track, and a small shopping area. The building has garage parking available, a rooftop deck with water views, a hot tub, -hour gym, a community kitchen, a pool table, and a community lounge area. I'm a -year-old male from the Seattle area. The apartment is available from January until July.
