**Available 1st of February** Room is unfurnished, and approximately ft with dark hardwood floors, window, 5 ft wide closet with sliding mirrored doors and ceiling fan. Bathroom is shared. Almost every part of the house is accessible to you including a laundry room with washer and dryer, kitchen including pots/pans/dishes/etc, and a large backyard for you to hang out and relax. Street parking is free but a permit will be needed which I will provide. The house is conveniently close to the freeways. Walking distance to Ralph’s grocery store and Target in the Eagle Rock Plaza. Also right next to Carr Park. You will also be living with my yo mom and my lovable medium-sized dog. No other pets will be allowed. Any questions, please feel free to message!
