DM me _cameronkramer_ The property is a townhouse located in a very safe neighborhood. My current roommates are seniors in college and decided to move out to go home. There is two open rooms that I need to fill in on May 1st. The townhouse is a little over square feet. The open room on the third floor is a huge master with a couple windows overlooking the neighborhood and a big walk-in closest. The open room on the second floor is a bit smaller but includes a balcony and a walk-in closet with a bathroom right outside of the room. Each room also has extra closet space(if needed) outside of the rooms. I will be living with my girlfriend and also have two cats. We are both VERY clean and super respectful. We love exploring SD, keeping healthy, movie nights, game nights, and shopping. There is a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, an in-unit laundry unit, a fire place, a back porch, a garage and a driveway. The property is technically three stories high(with the garage being the first floor. There are also around free parking spots outside of the driveway and garage. The property also includes two community hot tubs and two community pools. Also because we have been living here for around a year, we have furnished most of the kitchen/living room. It also is very close to a freeway which makes driving anywhere super quick. It is by far the best deal I have ever seen for a townhouse located near SDSU with how much is included.
