My boyfriend and I are renting out 2 rooms in our bath home in south Fallbrook beginning February 1st. - About the rooms - *please note: the criteria below is for ONE room but it is the same criteria for both rooms. $ a month, utilities included. $ security deposit. The rooms are unfurnished. For a furnished room with a bed & dresser(s), rent will be $ a month with utilities included. This option requires a $ security deposit. month lease options. Background check & credit check required (+ credit score). Both rooms are feet. Shared bathroom with the other roommate (and any guests that come over). Ample street parking! min from Escondido, min to the beach, min from Downtown San Diego. Also note, the star stickers in both rooms will be removed prior to move in and the second bedroom will have a normal closet installed with a rack, shelves, and door. - About the rest of the home - 2 loving Australian shepherds who either nap, play in the backyard, or walk to the lake with me. I work from home and my boyfriend is out of the house most of the time working. There are walking/hiking trails that lead to the lake, community pool and jacuzzi, clubhouse, beach volleyball, and tennis courts! You will have access to the living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. We also have a grill and fire pit in the backyard to hang out. There are also coffee and food trucks that come weekly, you can rent out the clubhouse for events, and there are a lot of community activities.
