Renting out one bedroom and private bathroom in a bath house in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in San Jose. Rent includes utilities and internet. The other rooms are occupied by me (teacher in early thirties) and my young child. We also have an energetic, very friendly dog. We could accept one more well-behaved dog. We for a quiet, clean household. We follow a set routine and are out of the house most of the time - we leave for work/school around 7am and return around pm. On weekends we are usually running errands or doing outside activities, hiking etc. We are very easy going. I am a light cooker, and a vegetarian, but have no issue with any sort of cooking, I just ask to keep shared spaces clean. The home has a large fenced yard and patio, driveway parking, and a garage with storage space. The neighborhood is incredibly safe.
