Room for rent in two bedroom 1 bathroom San Francisco apartment. My name is Matt, and I’ve lived in the unit for years. I have been living on my own for the past years. I am looking for a roommate to supplement my income as I have resigned from my job at a nonprofit with the intention of working a lower job while I go back to school. Ultimately, I am looking for an arrangement that is conducive to my current goals of furthering my education and career. This said, I want a roommate who is clean, considerate, and can respect the need for a quiet living environment within reason. As for me, I have lived with roommates for many years in the past in this unit, and I tend to get along with most everybody. All of the common areas in the apartment are furnished, and I would not be able to accommodate any more furniture in those areas. The room with a desk in it featured in the photos would be the room for rent. Of course the desk and other items seen in the photos would be removed before a sub tenant would move in. The apartment has great views, and is located near the confluence of several freeways, making commutes to other parts of the city or Bay Area very convenient.
