Hello my names Alyssia, I’m looking to find a roommate in a bath apartment that I am already living in. Honestly, I had a break up and so that is why I’m looking for a new roommate. I have the master for eleven hundred and you will have the spare bedroom as well as a bathroom next to the room. I do have a bed frame if you want to get a mattress and the room can be lightly furnished or emptied completely based on your preference. I’m a nursing student at Fresno City College and I work so I’m not home ALL the time. Just want someone who pays their bills and is drama free. Can move in by FEBRUARY 1st, and pay that day. No other moving in costs. Utilities come out to about a month per person and my home is furnished. Please let me know if interested!! Lease is up June thirtieth, by that point you can find another roommate and I will move out. Or move when I do.
