The lease starts by April 1. I am looking for a quiet and clean person to stay in a well-furnished room of a two-bedroom apartment in Halifax downtown. It's an apartment building. It is close to Barrington, Brunswick and Cogswell street. No pet is allowed in the building. The room has a dresser, chair, and table. New flooring; we share other spaces (bathroom and kitchen). We have a washer and dryer free in the apartment plus you are not for power. The rent includes electricity/power, heat, water, and hot water.
