This is a room for rent in an awesome bath in a 2 family home on Fulton Pond in Mansfield. I am looing for 1 person to share this space with. Rent is $ plus cooking & hot water gas, electric and the Fios bill with - your portion around $ monthly. Heat is included! About me: - I am a friendly, relaxed, homebody but also social. - I like to have fun but generally don't drink much anymore. Friends will come over on Fridays sometimes to play boardgames, have dinner or watch a few episodes the latest show. - a business owner who sometimes works from home - going back to school in the fall - have a medium sized dog who is very well behaved - enjoy cooking, reading, movies, meditation, yoga, hiking, and painting - in my 's no kids, not married About you: - non-smoker, employed with good credit - will need to meet with the owners, go through a screening process - neat/clean, responsible, friendly - is social and has social skills - someone that is not just an occupant but someone to chat with and is a part of a household - does not smoke - does not do hard drugs or get drunk (drinking is fine but I can't live with an alcoholic) - is experienced in living in a roommate situation This is a single occupancy room only - no children, no cats (would consider 1 additional well behaved dog). I am LGBTQ friendly, marijuana friendly but not smoke (vape smoke is ok) because of asthma. About the room/unit: - View of the pond - Central A/C, Dishwasher/disposal, new stove & fridg - Extra storage in basement - ' easily will fit a king bed and other large furniture - heat is included - laundry in building (free) - owners (very friendly) live down stairs who you will be interviewing with (they are very friendly, I promise) - the living and dining furniture is already in place but I am willing to rearrange or even remove some to make room - shared bathroom w/soaker tub/shower - access to the pond - area in back yard for gardening - T access at the end of the street
