I'm looking for a young professional, female identifying roommate to join me in a renovated 2 bed, top floor unit in a multifamily house in Orient Heights for a September 1 move in! Just a 5 minute walk from the blue line. Spacious kitchen, stainless steel appliances, renovated bathroom, free laundry in the basement. The back deck has an amazing view of the Boston skyline and ocean. I can furnish all the spaces except for the second bedroom. Pet friendly, no breed restrictions on dogs. Street parking with a resident pass, plenty of spaces available - I'll be parking my car on the street. Utilities (heat, water, electricity, waste removal) are not included in rent. Up front move in costs include first month, last month, security deposit and broker fee. A little about me: I'm an interior designer working hybrid, in office typically 3 days a week. I'm friendly, introverted, easygoing, friendly, clean, love to cook and travel.
