Looking for a roommate to fill a room in my 4 bedroom house. Nice neighborhood, quiet and clean, we have a small backyard area with a pool and hot tub. Washer and dryer on premises and parking spots in the driveway. We also have a ring security system for extra safety. Located in the Green Valley area. ROOM : -Has shared restroom and located upstairs. -Has 2 windows, and dark wooden floors. -Personal parking space included. -Size: ft -$/month, utilities included. Room comes with shared use of: -kitchen -living areas -backyard/patio -pool -hot tub -washer & dryer -fridge -wifi, etc. *We have 3 egg laying chickens, so if you like eggs you are welcome to eggs for breakfast every day. We also have bird, and 1 fishtank with 3 fish. A bit about us: I am a small business owner and I work from home, most of my free time goes back to my business, or occasionally, Netflix. There is another female tenant here as well who works outside of the home. I am home most of the time. No guests over Mondays-Friday evening. Friday night after 7pm and through Sunday afternoon is okay for 1 guest, let me know in advance who will be over. No parties allowed. Everyone is entitled to space for their things in the fridge/freezer/cupboards/pantry. Everybody must clean up after themselves. Females or LGBT+ preferred. Cigarettes and outside.
