The house is in Leesburg, on a corner lot. You will have two bedrooms on your side of the house, a bath, a living room, and shared dining room, kitchen, and utility room. The total square footage of the house is sq. ft. Your side of the house is about sq. ft. You will also be responsible for half of the utilities. First and last required to move in. House newly renovated! Your roommate is a year old single black mom. She works locally as a truck driver in the Leesburg area. She is pretty quiet and laid back. Her number one goal is to make sure that she keeps a roof over her year old daughter’s head. Her daughter is a quite sweet little girl. She is nice and respectful towards adults and other kids. She attends one of the local schools near Leesburg. The mom is on her 4th month of her 1 year lease.
