Pics available upon request/ House is located in the heart of Lodi, 2 blocks from downtown and a 5min walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Room is upstairs and you will share a bathroom with a female, she is very clean and meticulous. I (male) have the master bedroom. The room has a bed with storage space drawers/ you’ll have to buy a mattress. And a spacious closet. I have a American Bulldog Pit/ total softy and nice to everyone. He stays down stairs and rarely comes up stairs. Landry room is up stairs, Wi-Fi is updated to ATT fiber. Garage is a converted gym space with industrial gym lifetime fitness treadmill and Schwinn Airdyne with weights as well, you have access to it. Common area is downstairs and you have full access to cook or prep food. I’m a University Sports Coach and I work long hours and travel. My renter is retired and is home pretty much most of the time and is very quiet.
