Shares bath, pet friendly, great location. Utilities are usually about a month ( each). 2 Washers and dryers in building. Really great street parking, usually right next to building and often can be viewed from apartment windows. I have a cat who’s use to living with a small dog. I’m easy going, friendly and considerate. I also value personal time / personal space. I have a friend who lives close by that I am often visiting with. I don’t have company often but I’m open to it. I am looking for someone to move in on May 1st. Please ask any questions if needed
