Looking for someone thats motivated & determine to get their own place within 3 months.. i have a room with a walk in closet & basement for storage if you need it. I have no kids .. currently in school & been on vacation for too long so i need a roommate to also help me since ive been outta work lol ,. usually exercising, playing call of duty or working , respectful, educated & idc if you smoke or drink . As you can see in the pictures everything is clean & i also have a basement but its shitty & a front porch/backyard & off street parking .... .
