$ per person plus electricity and internet. Comes to around per month. All other utilities included. Washer and dryer cost $2 per load, but located right downstairs. You would have your own bedroom, but a shared bathroom. I have a puppy as well, but can't accept anymore dogs unfortunately. Possibly a cat. There a few decent parks in the area as well, a lot of great restaurants, gyms nearby, public transportation is free. I'm very quiet, and so is my dog for the most part. I don't make much noise and never party. I'd appreciate the same, although I have no problem if you want a guest over now and then. Let me know if you're interested!
