The bathroom has a high-rise toilet, vanity, and a shower/tub combo. In the shared living room there are vaulted ceilings, a surround sofa and a " TV. There are both an enclosed Florida room and a screened porch for relaxing. The kitchen has near new appliances, an island, a pantry plus plenty of cabinets and counterspace. There is a full dining area as well as a breakfast nook. The washer and dryer are inside the unit. I do own a mid-size dog that you must be good with but unfortunately there can be no more pets. The community association needs a background check and steady income verification for which you will be required to pay a $ fee. SS, SSI, SSDI, still employed are all okay. First month rent and security deposit due at signing. Included utilities are electric, water/sewer, internet and trash.
