Private half bathroom upstairs(right across from bedroom available) the full bathroom is shared. Kitchen is shared. We do have 4 cats and a dog, so must like pets. My fiancé and I are quiet and keep to ourselves, we are expecting a baby soon, so someone else who is quiet is necessary. But we want you to feel comfortable utilizing other parts of the house! It’s in a great, safe location of southwick, nearby grocery store, restaurants, and other stores. It’s a 6 month signed lease, If things are going well we will absolutely renew!
