I’m looking for a roommate for a two bedroom apartment two bathroom apt in Medford square. The apartment is newly renovated and you would have your own bathroom. It is a modern apartment with a dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, and A/C. Heat and hot water are included we will have gas and electricity to pay for separately. The month lease will start on April th. There is free parking too. I am a thirty two year old woman who works from home and I have a pet cat. I am a respectful, clean, friendly roommate and am looking for the same. I have living room furniture already so ideally looking for a roommate who just has bedroom furniture.
