The room is used as my plant/guest room now but will be empty in time for move in. I also plan on putting a fresh coat of paint on the walls and cleaning the carpet. You can decorate however you would like. Complete kitchen, washer and dryer, and fenced in backyard. House is No Smoking inside but I don’t mind outside as long as the butts are disposed of. I have two dogs already so I would prefer someone with no pets but doesn’t mind pets. (Shihtzu 2 years old female and a english cocker spaniel 5 months female) Clean home, very quiet with the occasional social gathering. House has Ring cameras and security system and is located in a cul-de-sac.
