move in Looking for a female roommate who would like to take the other bedroom in a bath house in Malden! The bedrooms are on different floors and have their own bathrooms so it’s really nice and private. The third bedroom will be an office/guest room/hobby space. I have furniture already so you’d just need your bedroom items! THE PLACE: -2 floors of living! Bottom floor has sunroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, bath and one bedroom, top floor has bath, and two bonus rooms -heated sun porch! Big basement storage -laundry in basement - INCLUDED - NOT coin op -1 COVERED parking spot and plenty of street parking- no snow emergency street and no parking permit needed -landlord does snow removal! -quiet peaceful area, but 6 minute walk to bus to Malden Center OR minute walk to Oak Grove stop -ESA cats only I’m and work from home, I have my own social life but I like having a friendly relationship with housemates and comfortably hanging out if we’re both home at the same time, dinner, movie night, social gatherings with friends over, etc. I used to dance, but mostly am into yoga these days and trying not to kill my houseplants 🌱 During the week if I’m not out with friends, I’m usually reading a book or catching up on tv shows. When the weather is nicer I like to get outside and go hiking and camping occasionally amidst all the other fun summer activities. I’ve had roommates my entire adult life so I’m very clean and respectful of noise and common spaces, and considerate in general, and would like to find someone who is the same.
