Hello, I will be traveling for work soon and will hardly be home. Looking for a single responsible individual to rent out a spare room. Will have own private bath and private parking spot. Pool gym and hottub access. You will have access to many cool food and coffee shops in downtown. I will be in and out. Place is all furnished except bedroom. You will have access to the whole downstairs as long as you take care of my stuff and keep clean at all times. I have a nice well behaved dog but she will be traveling with me. Only serious mature people.
