We have guests in the downstairs about once a week on average. We live with one cat, Yukiru, who is my prescribed emotional support animal for diagnosed PTSD. Unfortunately non-ESA pets are not allowed in our current apartment complex. I have asthma and prefer a smoke-free environment, including e-cigs and marijuana smokes. We drink alcohol rarely, use weed edibles very rarely, and have no preferences about a roommate's use within reason. No hard drugs please. I am disabled and have a lot of trouble cleaning and cooking. Before I acquired my disability, I kept a spotless house. Since then, my fiancé and I have negotiated a balance between messy and mostly put together. We require a roommate who keeps their space and the shared space clean without prompting. I have no wish to become a mother at this time, so we are looking for an adult with a stable income and decent home management skills. Bills must be paid on time.
