There are 2-type designed swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzis, a gym work-out facility, tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong and pool tables, and BBQ lounge areas. The community is very peaceful and safe. Great location for daily walks, hikes and outdoor nature adventures. Currently there are 2 females and 1 male living here now. We all work, go to school, exercise, and practice good health & hygiene . We are socially respectful, clean and trustworthy. Utilities & Wi-fi are All included with the monthly rent.
