Looking for someone to sublet 3rd bedroom in BA home in South Carlsbad. Room is private and bathroom is shared with one person. The house has a private yard with a grill and fireplace as well as access to a community pool. Other two roommates are two professional women (age ) with two dogs. Looking for someone demographically similar who works outside the home. Unfortunately we can’t take any more pets. Must be fully vaccinated and boosted.
